We are recruiting a Chef de partie for a star hotel in London.

You must have experience in Continental cuisine, must have worked in a good fine dining / A la carte establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation.
  • Assist in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Supervise and train commis chefs or other junior staff (in larger kitchens).
  • Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Manage portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Culinary knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
