Warehouse/Machine Operative – Stanmore Location: Stanmore Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm Pay: £12.60 per hour Start: Immediate Contract: Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse/Machine Operative to join a reputable and well-established company based in Stanmore.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience, particularly within a GMP-compliant or quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hands-on, and confident working with machinery as part of a fast-paced production or warehouse team.
What you’ll be doing:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Carrying out quality checks in line with manufacturing standards
Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
Labelling, packaging, and manual handling of products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a production environment
Understanding of GMP standards and quality control processes
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
A good work ethic and a team player attitude
Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for warehouse duties
